The Backstreet Boys are finally going forward with the much anticipated Christmas album. And so far, Our favorite duo, Brian and Nick, posted pictures talking about leaving to record in their own fashion. Maybe AJ will give us a BTS TikTok video next?
Judging by the Red Sox hat, he's probably referring to Dunkin Donuts since the phrase came from an old Dunkin Donuts commercial. But hey, he can't complain since he did say he misses working after staying home too much. Brian, I am right there with you. Sitting home too much does nothing for me. Now that Baylee is older, he doesn't have the excuse of taking him around anymore. They probably just greet each other in passing.
I love the appreciative hashtags. The kids will miss you, but you won't be far from home. Take some time out to see them; better yet, make it a working vacation. Now, the solo work is probably on the back burner, but you still owe fans that single. I am definitely getting bad-boy vibes from this photo, perhaps channeling "If you want it to be good girl" since he is the only one who liked it.
I am hoping the album includes re-recording of Christmas Time. That was my favorite of the two previous Christmas songs released. It captures the familiar spirit of the holiday perfectly. After the rush of the early days, it is more about quality than quantity. Therefore, I know it will be worth the wait. COVID delayed it in 2020, but the tour's postponement again is allowing them to do it. While that is frustrating, and the album is not the same as a live show, we have this. I am sure it will take me back to their very first US holiday performance at the 1997 Disney parade, where they sang that exact song.
